My name is Kiana Wong
Born and raised in the heart of San Francisco, the Mission/Excelsior, I am a lover of multicultural foods, music, community, art, diversity, and questionably lucky weather. While I spent the majority of my life in the Bay Area, I am now currently located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. I graduated from San Jose State University with a Master of Social Work, studying Maternal Reproductive Mental Health and Justice and I have served mothers and families professionally for over 6 years.
It is my joy and passion to be able to blend my skills as a doula and social worker to help you thrive holistically after birth.

My work with you can begin weeks or months before labor even begins. I will be here as you process all the emotions, troubleshoot your questions and challenges, and provide you with any educational support when needed. Every person has their own preferences and expectations, and I will do my best to learn them, help you define them, or find new options. This process also includes your partner or family in our work together to navigate communication, helping them to understand your needs, and orient your environment and relationships to make you feel uplifted, seen, heard, and held.
